brioche.This is a
delicious rich bread, braided and sprinkled with sesame seeds
the recipe:
250 gr flour
1 / 2 teaspoon of salt

50 ml of warm milk
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 eggs
30ml of water
70 g caster sugar
10 ml oil
orange zest
2 tablespoon of orange juice
1extra eggs yolk
To decorate: sesame seeds or caster sugar,flaked almond (your choice)
Preparation:Preparation: 1 ) 1) In a bowl,mix warm milk +warm water and add
yeast. 2) 2) Add salt, sugar, egg + oil + orange zest orange
juice 3) Mix all the
ingredients. 4)Add he flour and mix until smooth. Slowly add remaining flour until it forms a stiff
dough.do not knead, mix only.Put dough agreased glass or plastic bowl. Turn dough over to grease both
sides.
5) Punch down, cover, and let rise again until double, approximately 30
minutes.6)Punch again, and cut
into three pieces. Form each part into a 50cm roll. Braid rolls on a large, greased baking tray. Cover and let rise until doubled.
7)Lightly beat remaining egg and brush onto loaf. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in preheated 180 C oven for about 55 minutes until nicely browned. Reduce baking time slightly if you make into
two regular sized loaves.

Ingredients: -200 G of
flour - 50 G cornflour - 1/4of

- 2eggs -vanilla - 3 tablespoons oil - 1glass ofwater -
1glass ofmilk -
1 pinch of salt - 1 tablespoon of sugar. - 3 tablespoon of water orange blossom.
- vegetable oil for frying
Preparation 1-Mix the flour + cornflour in a bowl. Add sugar and vanilla+ sugar + salt + baking powder + oil + eggs, stirring with a
whisk. 2 - Mix the milk + water +

Hello everyboday, yesterday I prepared a soft chocolate cake that is easy to achieve. it's delice I am chocoholic, I give you the recipe: Ingredients -170gr Milk
chocolate - 100 gr sugar

soft butter - 25 gr flour - 25 gr cornflour - 3 eggs - 2 tablespoons instant coffee - 1 teaspoon full of baking
powder - Vanilla. 3 tablespoon melted chocolate
chocolat icing:
chocolate +1teaspoon of butter +2tablespoon of milk -decoration
:flaked almonds
Preparation: 1) You put the chocolate into pieces that you add coffeemelt over medium heat in a bain-marie.(sauce pan with hot water )
